Introducing OMARLIFT’s new Customer portal

We are already up and running with providing our Customers with an advanced service for managing orders and logistic services.

The new Customer portal has been designed to provide user-friendly tools and all the documentation regarding each order, which is always available and stored securely.

Access to the portal allows for checking the general status of the orders in real time, the loading list for each delivery date and the processing status of each item.

Customers will also automatically receive notices of „goods ready“ and „shipped“, delivery notes and tracking numbers to have updates on where the shipment is.

The OMARLIFT portal is therefore much more than just a Customer portal: it is a complete and advanced service, in keeping with the principles of transparency, efficiency and organization that distinguish the company.
